Yoga with Monica Larade! Monica’s approach to teaching yoga is educational, helping people to understand how yoga works. Yoga creates healing and maintains health in body, mind and spirit. This moderate level yoga class can be modified for those with injuries and health concerns or intensified for those wanting to practice more vigorously. Disregard the myth that you must be flexible to attend a yoga class. Yoga is for everyone, creating strength in weak areas and flexibility is rigid areas. In this class we will be moving from the floor, to sitting on the floor and into standing poses. Pregnant women and injured participants are welcome and encouraged to contact the teacher for further guidance about this class. All questions are welcomed. This is not a religious practice. Pre-registration is required.
