About this Course

This youth self-care class is full of helpful ways to make life more comfortable and pleasant. The techniques are easy to understand and your kids just may teach you how to take care of yourself too! Program is a massage therapy based program that maybe covered by participants extended health benefits. The program would include such topics as: Self-massage, H2O Aromatherapy, stretching and strengthening techniques as well as deep breathing and relaxation techniques. Instructor: Monica Larade.
